Position: HR Executive

Responsible:

Recruitment plans;
Implementing recruitment as plan & required;  
Compose organization chart, job description, salary range;
Improving regulations on salary - bonus – benefits;
Building and improve relevant policies, processes & regulations for HR division:  Labor Regulations; Regulations on working, Trade union regulation; recruitment, training, on-board, resignation, compensation…
Build & develop labor contracts, system of payroll;
Handle work permit for expats;
Manage office cost and admin staff;
In charge monthly payroll,  tracking annual - sick leave, attendance…
Manager & control compulsory insurance, PIT;
Onboard new employees;
