Receive & follow up at the beginning to complete all Style from MD Leader
- Source factory and complete Annex with them to send China/NY
- Make Production Plan/ Confirmed EX-F date with Factory directly & send final production plan to GTHS
- Follow/Develop Print or Embroider art/Chase and Push All document from China in order to send TP/ PO/ PPS / SIP FILE/ FABRIC TEST REPORT/ RPAC HANGTAG STICKER INVOICE/ HANGER INVOICE to Factory
- After approval factory bulk consumption with China (Buyer), All Materials ready in Factory Warehouse, Get comment for FPP Sample of Factory and then book/Prepare PP Meeting to remind all problem before input date
- After input, follow and solve all issue for Quantity/Quality of Materials/SAMPLE and Bulk garments of Factory. MD purchase/update EXTRA COST/Follow Payment some Local Items support MD China (If MD China request)
- And book INLINE/FINAL INSPECTION G III & Get INLINE/FINAL report in ISMA System and send back to Factory & send to China by email
- Besides, MD need follow INLINE/FINAL/TOP SAMPLE Status of Factory to send China/NY by Fedex Logistics so as to get Comments for export bulk garments
- After finished packing/final per Style, MD need to get Booking Confirmation from China MD ( or book shipment directly - if need), contact with Forwarder to arrange export goods to Buyer
- After export bulk garment from factory, MD need confirm Stock/Remaining balance Materials Quantity in Factory Warehouse to use for other Style in this Factory

ASSISTANT OFFICER at STAR FASHION COMPANY LTD ( 06/2019-03/2021)

- Receive order information from the MR department.
- Calculating data and conducting issue of PO CEN on SAP system. 
- Check and send orders to suppliers.
- Follow orders and arrange goods in stock (ensure goods on schedule & quality; sufficient quantity as planned for production department)
- Settlement of claims; Continue to follow until the order is completed.
