These are my tasks and responsibilities

- Ensures that diagnostic tests adhere to quality procedures and standard methods established (Real Time PCR and ELISA methods)

- Provides technical assistance to customers regarding technical enquiries

- Manages one area of diagnostic services independently (e.g. bacteriology) but also supports the work in the other areas

- Troubleshooting of analytical and field applications

- Manages lab records, writes up and sends out results, interpretations & recommendations

- Supports Head of Lab in all aspects of her/his work incl. daily operations, research or epidemiological projects, teaching and training
