WORK EXPERIENCE 07/2016 – 08/2018: Service Administrator - NK ENGINEERING CO., LTD. - Customer care, support sales team and do after-sales service in metrology / calibration / agitation - mixing / automation field (Endress+Hauser, Ekato equipment); - Making schedule, arranging and storing all documents related to service department; - Giving quotation, proposal and technical clarification; - Strategic planning and follow up the sales target of service team; - Building management system: ISO 9001:2015; ISO/IEC 17025:2005; - Implementing and supporting other departments as required by the Manager and the Board of Director; - Organizing company trips, company community events. 01/2016 – 08/2018: Internal Sales Engineer - VIET DUC AUTOMATION CO., LTD. - Working directly with Automation Company in Germany, Singapore (TURCK) to get a quotation, technical clarification, order confirmation and follow up the delivery status; - Support sales engineer to find new customer and take care of the installed base; - Negotiating and executing the bids, contracts ... - Weekly update and follow-up the new strategy, turnover. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES 09/2014 – Present: Project Coordinator - Em Den Truong Charity Fund. Em Den Truong (EDT) is a charity fund about Education, support disadvantaged students to have good conditions to go to school, from Elementary to High School. EDT pays all tuition fees, assurances, books and uniform per year, until the students graduate from High School. For the first year, only one kid was supported, now EDT is supporting 61 students and will be more than 100 in next school year. The EDT project coordinator will follow up, keep in touch with student and family to help, encourage and consult them to have a appropriate orientation in future, also update information to the donors. 07/2016 to Present: Key member - The Butterfly Project Vietnam. Run a community project, sell old clothes with 90% profit is used for charity or community programs. The remained 10% is used to support the project operational activities. 09/2014 – 06/2015: Accountant - Nu Cuoi 3 Social Restaurant - Bong Sen Fund. Making report about financial status and material, coordinate the activities; Receiving donation and staying in touch with donors. 02/2014 to present: Volunteer - Nu Cuoi 3 Social Restaurant - Bong Sen Fund.
