Responsible for receive work order, prepare PTW, related documents, assign manpower for job activities and directly work as per work order requirement, Daily Progress Reports, etc …

Directly Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, check and troubleshoot for Instrument

Scope of work:  

- Responsible for Instrument Calibration Room. Perform calibration and verify for all instrument of Zone 3( C100, C200, C300, C400A, C400B, C500, B600, C700, A700) of NSRP such as Pressure Instrument, Level Instrument, Flow Instrument, Gas Detector, Beacon and sounder, proximity switch….

- Coordinate with QC team, submit calibration procedure, Inspection Test Plan ( ITP), Calibration Report for all Instrument calibrated.

- Responsible for Loop Test team ( Total  20 members, including 3 supervisors and 6 Technicians, 6 helper, 4 document assistants). Prepare all document as Loop folder before carry out Loop Test, Coordinate and support to JGCS ( GS contractor) Engineer to do loop test and function test for all equipment related to Instrument  in Zone of NSPR/
