I am working at development of Pouyuen Vietnam which is one of adidas manufacturing factory in vietnam with almost 5 years experience.
I am working with adidas HQ and also adidas customer in VN.
Experienced with difference materials such as leather knit , textile , and good knowledge of shoe technology and shoe treatments such as printing , pressing , embroidery ...
Looking for supplier which can achieve shoe treatment design .
Take care of material lead time and dealing with material supplier to shorten lead time.
Take care of material testing and sample goods testing before going to mass production.
Confirm materials swatches and sample quality for mass production .
Discuss and raising up to HQ if any request from HQ that production team can not achieve or follow .
Follow up detail production trial to make sure all problem have done before going to mass production.
Follow up material ETC and ETA, arrange schedule to making sample once material arrival and ship out sample in time.
Take care of price and make sure that we’re reach requirement from customer and also keep company benefits.
Prepare and review sample FOB before sending out sample to HQ .
Incase sample over target FOB , looking for new material with similar looking , better price and making sample to suggest to HQ.
Convince and dealing with customer .
Sharing information to other departments after meeting and discussion with customer to make sure all team are same page and avoid mistake.
Advise suggestions and solutions to HQ.
