I have a B.S. in Garment Technology from University of industry in Hanoi. Now with over 18 years in garment industry at both Factory and Representative offices, I have the ability to manage a team, which comprises of assistant / garment technician, sample coordinator & pattern makers, QAQC team, Operation team included Costing IE. I have to ensuring all tech packs / design packs are fit approved within the customers / company timeline and to the correct standard. Tech packs are prepared and completed to hand over to the factory/ Vendor on time and in line with the PPM date. Besides that, I able to create a pattern / size chart included make the consumption for both Main & Trim. Take pattern proto / concept through the fit approval process until graded size set is final and customer fit approves. Prepare bulk patterns for factory. Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards. Work with Design and Technical Design teams to establish standard fit specifications and communicate the standards to vendors, monitor production process, inspect materials and products for defects during sewing operation, printing, washing and final packing process.

5. From 03/2019 until now: Costing IE Supervisor of Christal Martin. (Lingerie Company).
Number staff management in Costing Department: Vietnam 15 staffs, Zhongshan China 105 staffs).
Brand management: L-Brand/Mast (VS, Pink), A&F, LBY, GAP, H&M.
Key responsibilities:
Manage Costing Department, which comprises of Costing IE, YY, OB auditors & Material coordinators to ensure all cost calculations / quotations are accurate and using the latest manufacturing methods.
All cost calculations / quotations submitted are within or exceed customers’ expectations. Monitor & review all teammates’ performance, training needs & provide appropriate guidance.
Understands product quality and process workflow in production of lingerie / swimwear.
Control OB (Operation Breakdown)/YY (Yard Yield)/SAM (Standard Allow Minute) (SMV-Standard Minute Value) closely compare with actual production history.
Make costing quotation under CMPT or FOB with customer base on Costing data.
Understands the GSD system to calculate the SAM/SMV on new concepts and designs.
Manage quoted SAM, quoted materials consumption and ensure the latest quotation is stored in CM1 system.
Provide data to management for investment evaluation.
Carry out reasonable instructions relating to company business from IE Supervisor or Senior Management.
Proposing optimal sewing methods for production.
Attends the PP meeting with Production team and relative department.
Attends the FBC meeting with Customer to solve all issue raise in the meeting time.
Makes time study for all operations/styles out of standard.
Creates all materials consumption like fabric, lace, elastic, strap, thread, accessories etc.…
Creates Pattern well knowledge & alteration logic.
4. From 01/2017 to 02/2019: QA/QC of ASMARA Group. (Representative offices).
Number peoples in QA/QC team: 50 people (Hanoi 18 people, HCM 32 people).
Brand management: Origines Marine Kids, Tomtailor, Bonita , ANF, Mac o Polo , Snoot , Guest .
Key responsibilities:
Receives and Compares all of the documents, tech pack, Bom, Comments, Pattern.
Training for Pattern room how to do pattern with specifications, sketch and design as well.
Conducts checking pattern and change pattern according to Comments then grading full size and making Markers.
Make quality assurance for all samples from PROTO, SMS, SIZE SET, FIT, PP, FIRST OUT PUT, TOP Sample…and inline checking during production then make final inspection before Samples ship out.
Checks all of materials for both quality and quantity to be used for sewing samples.
Guideline for Vendor’s Technical / Factory Technical how to make perfect Garment.
Prevent problems that may occur during production.
Handling problems that have arisen in the production process.
Make sure the product requirements in the AD/BOM, packing and labeling manual are meet.
Set the appropriate technical standards for each brand.
Evaluate the factory before ordering the production.
Conducts meeting PP with Factory before Order running.
Prepares and updates the Quality Assurance production status reports to Leader Office.
Conducts meeting with vendor's factory in conjunction with brand representatives to ensure all necessary pre-production requirements are met.
Conducts Pilot-Run assessment as per the approved criteria. Evaluates pilot-run production and works with factory for necessary improvements.
Conducts inline inspections per Purchasing Order as per brand's also ensuring product quality conforms to the approved TOP Sample comment.
Prepares analysis on performance of factories assigned and identifies high risk factories; identify issues and recommend improvement actions.
Conduct factory evaluations and assist in other vendor development initiatives as assigned.
Control quality for production at factory then make final inspection in AQL 1.5 / 2.5 .
3. From 05/2009 to 12/2016 : Manager Workshop of Thieu Nhat co.,ltd .( Garment Company)

Making the cost of the garment and meeting with buyer .
Affter fixed price with Partner , follow up plan receiving materials .
Conduct to the process of making material price , ordered material , finding good suppliers .
Translation of documents, tech pack, comment, Bom etc…
Make pattern – marker / Change pattern according to comments if needed.
Production planning orders and The production plan for the subcon factories.
Some good advising clients how to achieve high quality and productivity.
