I/ 8/2018 - 9/2019 : Merchandiser (Bags / Backpack)- Shilla Glovis

Product Developer: Develop new product following the received TP from buyer 

• Check with buyer about the construction and materials for sampling based on the TP

• Proceeds ordering materials and keep pushing supplier to have materials in time

• Discuss with sample manager about the construction/materials for that style before proceed sampling

• Monitor every detail when the sample is making in sample room to ensure that sample meets all requirements in TP

• Check the actual sample about construction/ functionality before sending it to buyer

• Cooperate with costing team to make costsheet. Material Checking: To ensure that the materials use for our goods in high quality and have color alignment with approval L/D

• Arrange the approval L/D following Season & style for easy checking

• Do quality/ color checking for all received main, trims, print following approval L/D & signed off sample.

• Send the called out email to supplier if there is any material have quality/color issue and ask for the replacement.

II/ 2/2015 - 7/2018 : Oversea Purchasing (Footwear) - Yue De Vietnam Company Limited 

With responsibility to ensure that all materials from oversea suppliers should be delivered to factory in time for production

• Send samples to suppliers at the beginning of each production season.

•Check the production order and send MOQ report to manager

• Send the order and provide the expected delivery date to the supplier.

• Follow up the order and keep pushing suppliers send materials in time

• Proceed customs declare and make payment after received commercial invoice from the Suppliers.

• Report supplier delivery progress with management.

• Report processing of goods not reached with the supplier.
