In 1966, DAELIM was the first Korean company to work on an overseas construction by entering Vietnam market with a project in the Mekong Delta Region. HR:  Plan the employee’s recruitment and training  Preparing job advertising, contact Head Hunter for posting and collect candidate’s CV, arranging interview and inform result.  Keep employee’s data base in filling  Manage employee’s discipline, overtime, bonus and severance allowance  Make monthly payroll, declare and pay PIT, SHI, and make PIT yearly finalization  Register the salary scale and office labor policies to Ha Noi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. 2. Secretary:  Arrange appointments and meetings for Chief Representative  Make interpretation in the meeting and translation of document (English to Vietnamese and vice versa)  Assist Chief Rep. with his daily schedule and check with him for any urgent items to be completed on the day,  Prepare correspondences and reports,  Proof-read all typed documents before submission to Chief Rep. 3. It engages in the rehabilitation of the waste land; and carrying out various projects of social infra-structural construction comprising roads, bridges and tunnels, subways and railroads, harbors, dams, and airports, as well as water and sewerage works. The company is also involved in the construction of housing projects; office, public, and leisure buildings; and factories and plants, as well as mixed residential and commercial buildings, such as apartments and stores.
