order.
- Make Probation/ Labor contract for new employees

balance confirmation, open capital account,.... for company
- Complete resignation procedures for employees, reduce
insurance, close debts, handover to new substitutes.

- Follow and solve some issues may arise between each
departments and check how employees work, work attitudes
and report to the manager
- Check the salary, social insurance for employees
- Export attendance and monthly salary for Employees
- Check the OT, annual leave request, come to work late…

- In charge of purchasing public liability insurance contracts
for the Company
- Check the camera daily to ensure good operation, record
daily, save videos to the Company's shared drive.

monthly report to Manager as scheduled.
- Work with lawyers to do legal issues for the Company
such as business registration, investment certificate, increase
charter capital and supplement business codes,...
- Resolve complaints about employee benefits, notify new
policies to employees and track the performance of all
employees
- Build staff evaluation process as Manager's order.
