Sourcing:
Perform and get involved in all recruiting process ranging from:
Build a strong sourcing database for recruitment to enable provide right & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.
Implement the recruitment process complied with Company's policy: screening CVs, interviewing candidates, sharing feedbacks after interviews, proposing remuneration package, arranging on-board welcoming, probation evaluating, conducting orientation, etc.
Build strong rapport with searching agencies.
Compensation & Benefits:
Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll.
Monthly PIT declaration and finalization for employees.
Insurance & labor movement registration with Labor and Insurance Authorities.
Update all regulatory tax and social contribution rate changes affecting payroll.
Insurance enrollment for employees, both local and expats or any other benefits that employees are entitled to and advise on required documentation for different claim (health care, child care, maternity leave, sick leave, etc.).
Track the timesheet submission and follow through for missing information.
Assist HR Manager in salary review process.
Ensure all HR procedures related to internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly.
Trade Union establishment.
Expat matters: create and maintain an up-to-date database of all expats, their benefits and utilization. Support on integration process or any work related issues when needed.
HR Administration: in charge of all relevant systems; supports on HR technical matters when required – career compass, e-timesheet, leave, etc.
Probation Confirmation and Contract Renewal: track, remind for proper and timely actions from all relevant parties to ensure law compliance.
