Following up the ISO 9001: 2015 system to make sure the system operate effective.
Ensuring all Dept. to apply correct all documents of ISO system.
Preparing internal audit plans for the organization.
Contacting with accreditation organization to arrange schedules to implement external audit.
Writing internal audit reports and monitoring the implement of corrective actions.
Creating KPIs for all Dept
Evaluating and rating KPIs at the company.
Tracking the progress of big projects.
Following the activities related to HSE and submit the reports related to HSE.
Maintaining and developing Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015
Creating and maintaining the work procedure.
Welcoming Inspection teams (Customer, Fire protection police, Environment officer, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs…)
Make sure that the ISO system always be applicable for the company's daily work.
Provide guidance for monitor the implementation progress.
Coordinate with Inspection team and other departments in all matters related to ISO and other related quality standards/certification if required.
Setup the Management Review meeting and report.
Preparing documents for Customer come to audit and answer survey document of customer.
Doing / Following the CAR after audit (if any).
