I started at Swiss Village Resort as a Reservation Agent. With a good command of the English language, I was promoted as an Assistant & Secretary Director within 3 weeks. After proving my communication skill and a keen sense of customer services, I was appointed to the acting F&B Manager position for one year. With proven record of good management skills, I am holding the Customer Care Manager position. With my flexibility and knowledge of the industry, I am often representative the company to attend many official meetings and functions.
Achievement: With my own effort as well as the team of Sales & Marketing, the rate of guests increased 150% and revenue of the company has increased around 7% each year.
