Position : Team leader preventive maintenance. Training skills obtained:
Troubleshoot, repair, problem-solve all problems related to bearings and lubrication solutions mechatronics, Pneumatic modules by SMC , belt alignment....
Making PR to purchase Technical goods, Control documents, equipment, spare parts. Update and maintain the documents (History cards, PM Record, Repair record, etc) Entering data or pass downs into/from the CMMS system, spare part list BOM hot swap.
Responsible to interface with other company and Supplier Representatives. Ensures adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
Arrange line production according to PMC and PM Maintenance schedule and follow up the status and reduced the big downtime.
Performs predictive and preventative maintenance on any or all production equipment. Study, propose and perform improvement activities related to spare part controlling.
Discuss and collaborate with concerned sections to make clear and solve issues related to spare part.
Join in Emergency Response Team (ERT) and follow the emergency response plan of company.

Equipment or process maintenance experience in semi-conductor manufacturing. Support engineer team for activities (tool installation, upgrade and harvest).
Using the data from the system to see the trend and decide the maintenance plan.
Good understanding and knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of company presentations, documentation, letters, reports, etc.
Test Equipment Specialists perform functions associated. Responsible for running lots in a qualitative way, preventive maintenance SMT machine, test circuit board and troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining.
