BRAND MANAGER – GSH Vietnam: 04/2015 - now

Responsibility:

  • Lead the 4 in-house teams: Design team, Digital team, Content team and Event & Activation team.
  • Develop marketing strategy: segmentation, positioning, communication and digital performance strategies.
  • Develop the yearly and quarterly Brand Plan to achieve sales target which is digital performance (leads of sellers and buyers).
  • Conduct market research and develop action plan for Clinics and launching plan for new Clinics (transaction centers).
  • Manage the content team to implement all content materials for Facebook Fanpage, PR, SEO, Youtube clips, classified advertisement.
  • Manage the digital team to implement all digital tools: SEO, SEM, GDN, Facebook Ads, email marketing, SMS...
  • Interact closely with the sales team to support salesforce productively so that to achieve the sales target.
  • Study the market demands carefully and convert into clear, easy-to-understand messages for service training and communicating with consumers.

Achievement:

  • PPP Laser Clinic became the No. 1 brand in the market for laser treatment and skincare, both volume and value.
  • The turnover increased by nearly 200%, brand identity increased by 65%.
  • Conversion rate from leads to deals and cost per lead: most effective ever until now.
  • PPP is a pioneer which has created a new wave of aesthetic treatments with laser technology in the Vietnam market.
  • From the beginning with only 1 center, after 5 year-operation in Vietnam, PPP has developed with 12 clinics spreading throughout the country including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Can Tho and Nha Trang.

Art Director – VINCOM CENTER: 01/2013 – 03/2015

Responsibility:

  • Directly lead Art team, including copywriters, designers, photographers, video editors for concepting ad campaigns.
  • Manage and supervise multiple projects and teams from conception to production. 
  • Responsible for the whole campaign, including management of content, design, photo, typography style, overall layout, graphic elements. 
  • Work closely with Marcom, Leasing, Tenant Service Management team to understand strategic brand direction and KPI’s for effective brand experience development.
  • Inspire, collaborate and guide artists, photographers, film makers, activation agencies, content producers and all those responsible for generating works that collectively make up a completed product.
  • Collaborate with the management of the relevant departments to develop reasonable timelines for each project.
  • Report to General Director Assistant to ensure quality and standards are met.
  • Lead agencies in new business pitches when required.

Achievement:

  • Synchronouslydevelop the brand identity system and internal operation of Vincom A.
  • Impressively and creatively decorate the shopping center's landscape on major occasions of the year: Christmas, Valentine’s Day, New Year, Mi-Autumn Festival, National Day…
  • Co-organized with brands and partners to organize promotion promotions, attracting thousands of visitors: Vincom Loyalty, Vincom Grand Opening, Black Friday, Summer Promotion, Season Sale, Final Clearance, Special Offers…

Communication Design Manager – THECITY: 03/2011– 12/2013

Responsibility:

  • Plan, create, execute, monitor and optimize content strategy for all channels of communication with users (websites, fanpages and seeding on social media, in-app and push notifications, banners).
  • Manage the job allocation among the teams(including web developer, SEO specialist, content marketing specialist, designer and photographer) to meet deadlines).
  • Closely work with the team to develop creative ideas for online/offline promotions, product launch, brandings, events, campaigns together with the design and production of event/campaigns' related POSM… at the minimum level of cost but the maximum level in effectiveness.
  • Create content for all official company’s guidelines and announcements, press-releases, PR articles, scripts for in-house or outsourced video ads.
  • Approve all color proofs before printing, work with suppliers to enhance printing quality with better cost.
  • Revise and proof of sales scripts and other documents related to partners of the company.
  • Support other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing) for content and images related to the company, brand, product and customers.

Achievement:

  • YTD growth: 17% (meanwhile market growth is downtrend -8% according to Vinaresearch.net – Q2/2013), active outlet growth: 32% 
  • Successfully develop an in-house SEO team, keywords related to furniture which were presented in the top of Google: thecity.com.vn, onine360.vn, trend360.vn, muasam360.vn
  • Createstorytelling concepts about features and users of furniture for all communication channels.
  • Build brand identity system, POSM including catalogs which issued quarterly and hundreds of brochures, posters, billboards, show windows, standees, vouchers, tentcards, etc., which were widely used in the head showroom and all agents, the retailer of TheCity across the country.
  • Develop partnerships with hundreds of big distributions and official agents in Vietnam and Cambodia.
  • Successfully organize 6 Grand Openings, several product launch events and Vietbuild international exhibition.
