Dear HR Department,

As a current Personal Assistant position, I literally understand how to cope with various problems optimally on daily basic, ranging from detailed  information to general explainations.

My full name is Dang Thi Minh Thu. Staring with a waitress position in a small Highland Coffee shop 4 years ago, when still being a student, and followed by 3 next years constantly in Sales and Support Sales department, face to face interaction and giving instruction to customers seem to be  rather simple assignments to me.

After experiencing various ups and downs as well as attaining achievements, I have had a thirst for devoting my abilities in this position with the aim of utilizing my potential skills including: Time Management, Logical Thinking, English Fluency, High Level of Accuracy.

Along with an inquiring mind, I consider myself as a ambitious person. I got 7.0 overall in IELTS exam in November 2019. I firmly believe that English skills would positively attribute to this sector in the long term.

Eventually, I hope that we will have opportunity to cooperate in the near future.
