Work description:

- After receiving PO from buyers, checking price, updating synchronized materials date, input orders into ERP system.

- Team member – divide the work for members, daily follow up.

-  Checking and signing POs, contracts, and other documents according authority.

-  Communicating to Buyer, Supplier and Factory to solve all matters from receive order until shipment directly.

-  Contacting with factories and Planning team for follow up status of sample process, quality inspections, and order schedules.

-  Controlling and solving all problems related to order’s progress.

-  Making reports.

-  Take direct responsibility for the group's performance

Receiving repuest from leader and documents from buyer
Sourcing suppliers, developing fabrics and trims.
Costing and offer price.
Connectting with buyer to solve all matters.
Sewing samples and send to buyers to get approval.
