• Monitoring testing program on line and trial run when change over the orther product. Audit 5S in production line, collect data and records to write report for QA Supervisor.

• Studied the microencapsulation of antioxidants in sim fruit extract by spray drying. Successfully developed 1 functional powder ingredient from sim fruit.
• Praticed lab administration activities and trained on working principle of lab equipment for newcomers.
• Acquired a comprehensive understanding of the spray drying systerm and mastered laboratory skills.

• Involved in coconut processing line and quality assessment of raw materials and finished goods. Learned to troubleshoot some common machinery problems as well product defects
