-- RESPONSIBILITIES:
Watch for production schedule and monitor file as to determine when and how much an item should be brought into the factory to make sure the production keeps going on well and smoothly
Contact foreign suppliers for order details such as quantity, date of shipment, price and complains/claims if any
Prepare related documents for shipments: making invoice, packing, contract and sometimes supporting customs agent with customs documents.
Follow up on all shipments ‘status after sending P/O to ensure the schedule is followed well
