1. Lead the procurement team in Vietnam 

- Lead the team requires a mix of delegation and be one of key decision maker for critical cases and negotiation with suppliers.
- Manage staff planning, training and performance evaluation.
- Nurture team spirit and cooperation.
- Coach, guide and empower subordinates. Manage staff turnover.

2. Sourcing of product

- Identify the strategic suppliers, laisse between internal stakeholders and the supplier to ensure all key value requirements are met in terms of specification, service, delivery and pricing requirements.
- Find solutions to reduce prices to meet market expectations for external customers and procurement targets, encourage to buy directly from the manufacturer to cut the middleman.

3. Supplier Relationship Management

- Manage existing business portfolio, establish good communication channels with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Rectify the quality issues, including product replacement, discount/ claim negotiation and post -purchase evaluation.
- Ensure suppliers understand our quality standard and complies to regulatory procedures, trade policies in Vietnam.

4. Develop procurement framework and process improvement

- Work closely with managerial level and the Corporate to develop an efficient procurement process through new process and technology.
- Review resources allocation and streamline workflow for efficiency.
