- Resolve problem that customer send by email or calling.
- Create invoice and packing list for export order. Contact with
forwarder to book container or flight for shipment.
- In development team: Received new sample order and new model.
Contact customer to develop sample for each stage.
- Prepare meeting room for customer or the meeting.
- Discuss with costing dept to make price and quote to customer.
- When factory has an audit, prepare documents for customer check
to make an audit easily.
- Working with interior and oversea customer.
