Contact , Negotiate and co operate with forwarder and shipping line to have best quote and service for exporting good
+ Check quotation and service from 2 or 3 logistic company , compare and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts signed with service suppliers.
+ Take the making product schedule from purchasing department , update customer status of product, check the suitable date for exporting product from logistics company, plan to delivery good.
+ Contact shipping lines or Forwarder to book or make services : make SI, confirm BL, custom clearance.
+ Contact the trucking service company to schedule a trucking for the shipment.
+ Complete the set of import and export documents, shipping document : contract, invoice, packing list. etc
+ Check and confirm Co, Phyto, and other related document necessary to export product.
+ Upate customer status of document and process of exporting good, solve problem.
Save and manage document of each exporting shipment. - Other works like translating document.
