Duties:

                                        ²Supervise and check payment of customers

                                        ²Handle all documents, contract, quotation, project,  tender document

                                        ²Making customs clearance

Position : merchandiser

Prepare FOB quotation and work with buyer & factory to close the price.
Make contract, invoice, packing list, contract liquidation, ect..
Purchase, follow, check and control F & A (fabric and accessories) to catch time of bulk production, do balance trims sheet
Following up status of order from the beginning till the shipment such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, checking, packing, shipping…
Collect information/instructions from buyers, then cooperate with factory departments to fulfill these buyer’s requirements (style/order details, sample, production, delivery, packing, quality, shipping instruction …)
Follow up sample development with sample room / sample approval status with buyers before starting production (proto sample, washing sample, pre-production sample, …)

Mar .2016 until now: ASC company

Position: merchandiser and purchase ( I’m working with customer such as: Giodano, Uniqlo,AEO., Baleno, Triam, Vinyard Vind, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY..).

 

Following up on orders from Start to End  for FOB order :
- Local Sourcing of Materials and working with Suppliers

- working with Fit tech department, washing factory …. To make offer costing for buyer.

- Develop and order materials for bulk production.
- Tracking & managing trims purchased .
- Updating & Reporting fabric & Trim Status with the Factories

 

Follow up fabric & accessory to keep line schedule input on time for FOB order
Checking consumption of fabric & accessory
Follow up PP package to keep line schedule input on time
Follow up all type of sample.
Follow up status of order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection)
Order carton, polybag & sewing trims.
Making packing list, packing method.
Communicate with internal teams, Overseas Offices and Customers
Other duties which requested by manager
Communicating with buyers and factories for new queries as well as updates.
