HR jobs:

Handle all matters related to the Social, Medical Health and Unemployment Insurance policies for laborer (Claim of benefit, Medical health policies, Insurance book issuing, prepare monthly Insurance report).
Handle recruitment process (Make recruitment plan and budget for whole year, post advertisement for recruitment, contact to candidates, arrange the interview schedule, sort suitable candidate, prepare test, attend the interview, prepare to welcome new comer
- Orientation training).
Control other personal matters like controlling Probation Contract, Labor Contract and re new labor contract, employee's information, etc.
Supporting HR Director in making and registering Salary Structure, Internal Company Regulation, Trade Union to Local Authorities.
Ensure, supervise, orient the employee obey the company’s Regulation as well as enjoy company’s benefit.
Up-date information related to labor law, Health and Social Insurance for every section.
Monitor employee's day-leave, daily attendance, overtime.
Make monthly payroll for all employees, yearly PIT declaration

GA Jobs:
