- Receiving production plan from Manager
- To minimise the production (cost effective along with quality Fabrics and accessories
outsourcing)
- Double-checking if fabric ETA is as planned and ensure all passed testing reports release
before shipping.
- Checking fabric inspection (number of dye lots, identified defects).
- Giving instruction to assistant to apply for garment testing and get results before fabric
cutting.
- Requesting fabric shrinkage report from factory and passing info about shrinkage to pattern
maker and gets updated pattern for production.
- Following fitting process from proto, fit sample to PPS approval and communicate
accordingly with buyer.
- Translate all spec and information from customer to QA and any feedback from QA to
customer . Coordinate with Technical, QA team to meet standards and insure the right
commercial decisions.
- Getting enough bulk yardage for collection sample + sealed samples + testing.Ensuring PPS
is well made and identical for all 2 versions (factory and customer).
- Making QC file (shade bands/order details/approval fabric and trims / approval full sizes and
spec
- Following the full production process according to our QC process (Cutting report, 1st output
report, inline reports, pre final inspection)
- Completing packing list and coordinate with logistic team to organised shipment on time.
- Checking fabric balance and comfirm costing sheet to factory
