Responsibilities:       

Sell safety and cleanroom equipment for factories in Northern of Vietnam
Mainly Japanese, Korean and European customers
Keeping relationship and take care customers by email and phone.
Take care of current customers (Control delivery and payment of customers, bring good service to customers…),
Seek and build good relationship with new customers.
Following up the production activity of client’s factories to provide them the best service
Making schedule for product delivery to ensure the smooth operation of client’s factory
Updating customer database
Visiting customer weekly to make report on their feedbacks
Coordinating with Accounting Dept to issue contract, invoice, declaration for clients.
Coordinating with Warehouse to deliver right products to clients.
Making Report to Director after visiting customer.
