** Documents department

Monitor export sailing schedules for Ho Chi Minh and other branches (Hanoi, Hai Phong) and sub-agents (Da Nang, Quy Nhon)
Receiving/ tracing B/L Instruction for all data Export Shipment and checking data with booking.
Processing B/L mapping via SOL.
Processing/Coding for Export B/L from all EGV offices in Vietnam.
Collect all kinds of supporting documents indemnity letter advised by relative parties
Release shipment (OBL, SWB, Email telex)
Process the 3rd country office to collect payment and/or issue B/L for customer O/B overseas offices
Monitor and verify outstanding cases of export
Entry B/L for Ho Chi Minh and other branches (Hanoi, Hai Phong) and sub-agents (Da Nang, Quy Nhon)
Finalize vessel
Process export manifest and monitor ACE, ACI, ENS, ISF10+2

** Customer Service Department

Receiving booking
 Prepare pre-loading list of each vessel
Track & trace shipments on each vessel
 Calculation DM/DT charge (Demurrage and Detention fee)
 Monitor unclaimed/ overdue cargoes export
C.O.D processes for HCMC export shipment
Monitor empty returning without loading
