5 years in footwear manufacturing industry. At factory level- EA to GM; Training management . At group level now as an HR Generalist (to provide HRM supports to 3 Nike Inc. ftys of the group in the North of Vietnam

*EA to GM:

o   Provide administrative support to GM

o   Project administration & coordination for programs and initiatives

               *Training management:

o   Design Training & Development strategy

*Nike Inc. Division HR Generalist

o   Oversee and support all HR functions of 3 Nike Inc. fty of the group in the North VN: Organization Development; Talent Acquisition; Talent Development; People Engagement; Compensation & Reward; Nike Strategic Development programs (SSF as to date). For all the HRM functions, my job is to:

·        Create Strategy

·        Translate to corresponding action plans

·        Design official forms, dashboards, instructions/guides to implement

·        Follow up and support immediately when needed

·        Be contact window with Nike HR

·        Internal audit HR capacity of the 3 fty

o   My most recent projects handled are:

·        Together with the division HRD to create division HR strategic plan-align with the division business plan

·        Implement of Nike’s Employee engagement & well-being (EWB)survey which measures the engagement of the factory workforce. Kaizen to be formulated based on survey results.

·        Participation in Nike HR management system tool-SSF

·        Participation in Nike compliance audit tool (NCAT)

·        Nike Global Development Evolution, a program to harness both Technical and leadership/managerial competencies of PCC developers.

·        Job analysis/JD writing for product developers and strategic leadership roles; factory leadership org. chart

·        Launch of Lean 2.0 Human Value Stream as an HR dashboard
