*IE Staff:

- Work and give t he t arget for each depart ment .
- Make Daily Efficiency report . After that , Make the report Style Wise, Line Wise and Mont hly Wise. (Report diect ly with QA manager and Product ion manager)
- Make the Incent ive scheme.(Report direct ly with QA manager, Product ion manager and General manager)

*Subcon staff:

- Contact with the partner outside then delivery goods (style) suitable for each subcontractor.

- Control the out put and input when send or receive the garment for Subcon.

- Make the Report .

-Work with each subcon to know about their planning, their rate of progress.
