- Take care of air cargo shipments by examining destination route, clearance, delivery time.
Work consecutively with Foreign Agent to follow and make sure quality service.
- Receive and handle trouble of shipment/ complaints from customers such as shorted,
damaged or lost shipment. Find the route of issues as well negotiating to compensate to
customers.
- Consult the procedure, method of shipping international shipment.
