I. From Aug.2016 to now: Working as General Accountant and consultant tax at Phuong Cat Co., LTD (Tax agency)

             *  Main task: General Accountant and consultant tax

- Control all accounts and prepare FS reports monthly, yearly

- Prepare tax report: VAT, CIT, PIT, WHT… following with Vietnamese tax regulations.

- Check payment requests monthly and control expense from other departments at company.

- Supporting and Consulting for Director, Chief Accountant, Accountant of some companies are using my company’s services such as setting up some new rules at company which following company and Vietnamese tax’s regulation, tax preparation, bookkeeping…

- Updated new tax and government rule and support for audit and worked direct to tax staff when they check.

- Fluency with Misa, Smart Pro- Accounting, Sap software.

- Prepare some other reports for Bank, the relevant agencies

* Others task:

From Jan.2019 to now Chief Accountant temporary 9 months at NITORI TRADING VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED (capital from Japan).

Because chief accountant of this company is on maternity leave 6 months, they need rent temporary chief accountant. In order to learn more experience about accounting procedure in Japan company.

Tax reports: VAT, CIT, PIT, WHT… following with Vietnamese tax regulations.
Other reports: Budget, income statement, financial statement, analysis report.
Check and compare AR, AP with suppliers, customers, social insurance, tax dept…
Prepare and do payment follow company’s schedule, issue VAT invoice.
Bookkeeping and closing accounts in the end of every month.
Supporting admin if they need.

- Prepare some other reports for Bank, audit, the relevant agencies.

- Work direct through mail in English to Japanese and Malaysian Manager.

II. From November 2009 to July.2016: Worked at Chan Thien Construction Co.,JSC

        *Main task: General Accountant

- Control bank loan, payment and receivable

- Analyst AR Collection Plan, Revenue Report, index….

- Responsibility for quarterly, yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT…) and prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following with the VAS and IAS.

- Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
