2. Quality Management System:

3. Supplier Quality Management:
- Conduct official audit new supplier, monthly, yearly annual audit and report to management members
- Support customer conduct official audit at supplier and support supplier improve and complete CAP
- Lunch up successfully many products and strong support, follow up new sample making, testing and summarize final report
- Conduct production process audit and inspect finished good every week to improve process and product quality
- Monthly analyze quality, meeting with supplier and take improvement
- Establish & deploy production and quality assurance for Outsourcing Unit
- Support supplier to improve quality situation and IFC
4. Job Management:
- Manage over 200 operators and staffs in assuring quality of product and part (Training, Managing and skill up staffs, operators)
- Establish system to assure quality for special product which ship to Headquarter in Korea
- Summarize & Analyze quality situation and propose action, countermeasure (abnormal case & period)
- Reinforce quality situation by improvement activities, visualization thoroughly
- Assign job, directly guide subordinate to complete duty
- Responding Customer Claim (analyze cause, implement and maintain countermeasure)
- Support Vendor/Supplier to improve quality situation
5. Production and product evaluation:
- Deploy and develop new model
- Plan and manage QA sampling check
- Problem solving & Following up the occurred problem
- Summarize and Analyze quality situation and propose action, countermeasure
- Prepare & Implementing In-process Audit, Recurrence Prevention Audit
- Issue Evaluation Standard, QA Flow chart, Assembly Work Instruction, Limit samples
- Respond Claim from Customer
- Prepare the material for Product Shipping Approval Meeting
