I’ve been working as a Operation Supervisor cum Project Manager who takes responsibility for making sure that my project runs smoothly. I’m someone like the bridge between the Teams: Clients - Production Team - Qc Team - IT Team - Management Team - Board of Directors.
Details:
+ I’m the supervisor of the production Team and work closely with the Clients as well to receive new changes/updates, then I keep my team updated on the changes.
+ Train my Team and make sure that they don’t make any mistake in processing items and reach the SLA.
+ Monitor the system, assign works to the operators, manage the Team to work against the clock to reach the SLA. Arrange the workforce to work overtime when needed.
+ Work with QC Team to manage quality control activities according to the Clients’ standards.
+ Survey, analyze, update information and try to understand User’s Experience/Customer’s insights in order to:
- Develop, launch and deploy the new features/tools.
- Improve the existing features/tools in order to ensure the suitability and enhance its attractiveness to the market.
+ Work with IT Team to raise issues/bugs/errors related to the system as soon as possible to have the issues fixed.
+ Technical-related tasks:
- Work with Jira to raise and feedback issues.
- Test new tools/features in UAT environment before launching in Production and give feedbacks as a user.
- Contribute to building and creating UI/UX.
+ Work with “Continuous Improvement” Team to create ideas and make the working process easier to work, save cost and reduce time…
+ Keep my managers/Board of directors posted on the status of production.
+ Receive and provide the feedbacks and make relevant reports daily.
+ Maintain and implement the process/ideas/policies…

- Deal with clients who are local and international directors, agencies, production-houses...to get new projects and make the projects run smoothly until getting the projects done.
- Serve and deliver customer services. Provide clients with clear advice and recommendations for the projects. Get the feedbacks, gather requirements and solve the problems by the deadline.
- QC the projects and export the final version and get the products distributed.
- Make sure everything works well and matches perfectly.
