Work with customers, carriers, overseas agency , customs broker to arrange booking, B/L, Delivery Order, Arrival Notice and other related shipping docs for import-export shipments
Follow-up and solve problems during the transport process. 
Control trucking inland and solve related problems

Established 2015, Far Eastern Polytex Vietnam (FEPV) is a specialized manufacturing factory of Textiles, Clothing, Polyester, Chemical Fibers, Resins, PET, etc. and the products will be supplied for garment factories and exported to other countries with famous brands like Nike, Adidas, Decathlon, etc.

2016-2017

Position : Leader

Main duties :

Import machine

Apply import Tax exemption list  
Receive contracts from purchasing, review the contract if the machine need to apply import lisence or qualify inspection...prepare  nesscessary docs.
Hold bidding freight for bulk shipment, heavy cargo.
Monitor and supervise the import process include clerance and trucking.
High copporate with warehouse in case shipment was damaged. Do report and claim insurace company
Manage the contract, follow the payment progress open L/C, reconcile the balance with the suppliers and partners.

Import material

Apply import registration for chemical
Supervise import process of chemical and daily tanker trucking from port to factory
Do daily stock report and provide to planning team.

2018-2019   

Position : Deputy Chief

Main duties :

Supervise all import machine & material case to factory
Support team member solve all problem in importing
Update new customs circular
Balance import and export  material, do yearly liquidation report
Keep good relationship with customs
Take responsibility for customs broker contract, trucking supplier contract
Others task from manager department
