❖ Function:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Receive and manage the Bulk order with customer.
- Work with head office in HK for PP sample ,Size set and then provide all
comment for production through PP meeting .
- Work with head office in HK about the accessory as well as fabric in Bulk from
Hong Kong . I also can do balance material for Bulk .
- Order local accessory : Thread ,polybag ,…..if required.
- Deal with and report to the manager all problem arising in production.
- Update WIP weekly for customer
- Arrange pre-shipment sample which should be taken from Bulk to send Buyer
before each shipment.
- Work closely with Shipping dept, PPC dept, QA dept to make sure all orders to
be shipped out on time ,enough quantity , correct requirement .

Sell as much product as possible.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Taking care the development of new sample(Price,style,color,mold,..)
• Take full responsibility for all order related from receiving order to arrange shipment
: placing order ,making invoice & packing list ,contract,leadtime,.…
• Deal with customer for contract execution, delivery schedule and solving all matters happened during process, shipment , quality of goods.
• Tracking the monthly debt from company’s AX system and urging customer for payment.

• Make and maintain the good relationship with buyer.
• Customer could find their satisfaction on new development of sample.
• Ensure schedule of shipment for customer on time.
• The monthly outstanding is paid on time as management’s requirement
