This is Singaporean start-up manufacturing company, which is the biggest switchgear company with big projects as Tan Son Nhat Airport

-Set up new inter document transaction system for start-up company, suitable with Vietnam Laws and Singapore HQ controls. 
-Trained 2 interns on accounting works and admin procedures.
-Managed company's financial accounting and reported monthly to Senior Finance Manager (Payable, Receivable, Cash, Bank, Fix Assets, Stocks…)
-Helped Director Board to evaluate suitable cost to bid electrical panels for REE
-Attended training about SMILE accounting software in HQ Singapore and organized SMILE system successfully into Vietnam Company.
-Monitored monthly cash flows and predicted monthly budgets.

This is Vietnam’s Garment Company, processing and exporting ladies’ underwear’s for VERA, a famous brand name of Japan.

-Create Processing contracts and Business contracts; control implement contracts.
-Control accounts Payable and Receivable.
-Form vouchers and bank documents; check bank statements.
-Report for Revenues and Expenses.
-Review Packing list and Invoice for export.
-Review balance input VAT tax and output VAT tax.
-Prepare monthly Tax report, Return Tax.

2002 – 2004:   Accounts Officer – Saigon Co.op (Distribution Center)            (Binh Duong)

This is the biggest storage in Binh Duong to support and supply goods for Co.opMart chain, Vietnam’s biggest retailer.   

-Control purchase orders of supermarkets.

-Print sales invoices, delivery notes.

-Follow up purchases discounts, merchandise inventory.
-Report using invoices to Chief accountant.
