NUTIFOOD VIETNAM - Brand Marketing Executive
In charge of new project for Powder Milk team (EnPlus Diamond, Diabet Care Diamond, NuCalci Diamond - Premium Brand of NutiFood's Diamond line ):
- Assist Brand Manager in ATL & BTL marketing plan activities based on brand analysis of market, research consumer needs and customer behavior;
- Plan execution/activation projects deployment and the integrated activity schedule to ensure consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy;
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity;
- Work closely with BM for tracking monthly report of sales update to achieve marketing campaigns and promotion events of products;
- Manage supplier on whole production process (pdf proof, paper proof, color proof & final production for approval);
- Develop idear with Design team, Agency to build label packaging, POSM (hanger, wobbler, poster, backdrop & booth) for product launching, enhancing merchandising display;
- Work with PR team to manage articles content for releasing on online newspaper to promote the products;
- Partner with different functions (R&D, Customer Development, Planning, Finance, Legal,…) for on-going projects, competitors, budget phasing,…;
- Assist to develop creative, media & research briefs and brief to Agencies;
Market intelligence:
- Assist in preparation of monthly market analysis reporting and research for new update about competitor;
- Market survey to understand consumer behavior, customer insight, product & POSM display at MT & GT channel, retail outlet activation of PG;
- Support others team in company's marketing activities & event.
