1) From July 2018 Up to now:

Personal assistant to a Canadian Employer

Manage the house staff including driver, maid, cook, nanny, and service providers such as gardeners, pool cleaners, maintenance people, etc. This involves coordinating schedules, maintaining lists of items to be handled, ensuring each staff member is clear about what they are accountable to do, etc.
• Find vendors and coordinate purchasing of household and other items;
• Coordinate payment of bills and renewal of subscriptions;
• Coordinate travel arrangements & hotel reservations for domestic and overseas trips (tikets, accomodation/ hotels, tour.,ect)
• Ensure damaged items in house are repaired or replaced;
• Coordinate the collecting and completion of various paperwork for applications, registrations, personal legal matters, etc such as: opening bank accounts, school applications, overseas visa applications, renew Work permit, visa extension., ect
• Book appointments and make reminders to owers
• Maintain petty cash and record/receipts for how it was used
• Arranging & decoration parties and dinners (birthday, meeting, celebration.,)
• Other tasks as requested

2) From September 2017 July 2018: Private business

  • Teaching Vietnamese language for Expat/ foreigners
  • Tour guide in Ho Chi Minh City

3) From August 2015 to 30 August 2016: BIVID Co., Ltd  (specializing in Pharmaceuticals products)

Worked as an Office Admin/ Document Controller/ Secretary to Senior Manager of the Project Management Department (Vietnamese Employer)

  • Control, file and arrange documents under ISO logically (contract, report, schedule, program, drawings, minutes of meeting, material, equipment, transmittal;,ect;
