  Position: Sales and Marketing specialist – Marketing Department 

Sales duties

Providing MRO Procurement activities to manufacturers in Export processing zone (Samsung…).
Building strong and sustainable relationship with customers via phone calls, emails and in-person meetings.
Analyzing profit-cost balance to conduct optimal Price quotations corresponding to customer’s demand.
Maximizing profits by estimating customer’s demand on products to well prepare for incoming purchase orders.
Implementing logistic processes to deliver goods and services to customers base on purchase orders, responding to inquiries with deadlines.
Cooperating with team members to achieve the remarkable Sales Revenue record within a year (increase from $10,000/month to $1,000,000/month).

Duties/Tasks

Being a Consumer Software Support Engineer for a well-known leading global IT corporation, supporting Microsoft Office product.
Being the first technical contact point for customers, helping them to solve ongoing technical issues with different software solutions.
Performing technical assistance corresponding to customer’s requests via phone, email, virtual sessions and any other form of communication in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
