Lab Technician
Textile Department - Physical Team.
• Research, understand the standards and testing methods of ITS and international
corporations (ISO, ASTM, AATCC, SATRA, JIS, GB, AS/NZ,..)
• Conduct the test in accordance with the standards based and / or related methods
and customer requirements: Tensile Machine testing, Abrasion, Pilling, Functional
testing, Flammability, Tearing, Stretch&Recovery, Small part Attachment, Safety
testing
• Review and evaluate test result; Check out completed report
• Implement proficiency testing programs of in-house lab and of Brands
• Participate in Correlation testing programs to maintain and expand Laboratory
capacity; • Validate test method
• Develop and extend the new test method base on client's requirements
• Coordinate with the team / department concerned to ensure that product testing is
taking place fastest and most accurate in the time allowed
Achievement and Experience gained: working in an international physical testing
lab environment; participated in the Correlation testing program; completed
proficiency testing with global auditor
