Draw simple drawings from customers ideas or superiors (Photos or 3D ideas...)
Render 3D and give product target price if required.
Creating a BOM helps the supplier quickly quote (if necessary)
In charge of structure of product.
Provide the technical support on Case goods product structure, technical drawings of products, material lists, cartons and label approval
Work with supplier about structure and model of product.
Pushing the supplier to make samples on time and on schedule.
Responsible follow up process production sample.
Check overall dimensions and details with drawings and customer requirements.
Suggest and request the factory to fix errors that have occurred on samples and products.
Evaluate and anticipate problems that will be encountered in mass production on sample.
Help factories find hardware or accessories suppliers ( if nexessary)
Aproved color panels for sample, mass production.
Make report for each sample and mass production for each sample after review.
Transit testing and make report after test.
Product testing and make report after test.
Work with factory to complete Carton die line, AI, Part List, BOM, Functional drawing,  Engineering drawing, Container loading diagram, Packaging layout
Researching and design new product.
Develop the product packaging.
Arrange internal test (quality and transit test). Interact with laboratory technicians to maintain standards on all products.
Host pre-production meeting to issue product process standard.
Approve off production sample, carton, all related labels for factory and quality team inspection reference.
Support problem or complaining solving of each item.
Working with development team closely and provide engineering support for samples when in development stage (sample review).
Design and draw the drawing scale 1:1 and details
Maintain and manage project technical communication with the customer, sales, quality and manufacturing.
Join with QA for 1st for shipment inspection and quarterly inspection to ensure mass production meets standard.
Using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel software to design product stamps and barcodes
Design and reduce product costs.
Negotiate with factory for best price, achieve target price.
Draw assembled drawing.
Pushing supplier quotes.
Check the price of supplier.
