@ Belong to Manufacturing  Department as Production Supervisor in SV PROBE VIETNAM CO. LTD (semiconductor field ) (from July 2004 to Aug 2006)

Arrange 4M for Production line : Arrange Man power, Machine, Method and Material follow the schedule from Planning Section to ensure the target of productivity

Achievement: Research battery Cover which is a safety device to protect user and Analyzing stress, strain and damage area when the pressure in battery is over limit.

 “Numerical Analysis of Parameters Affecting Formability in Micro Half-Blanking Using Thin Sheet Metal” was accepted by KSPE, Korean Society for Precision Engineering, conference in Korea Nov 2007.
“Analysis of Parameters Affecting on Durability of CID Filter using Numerical Method” was accepted by KSTP conference in Korea, May 2008.
“Parametric study on Formability in Micro Half-Blanking Process of Thin Sheet Material” was accepted by Metal Forming 2008 conference in Poland, Sep 2008.

 

@ Belong to Coffee and Beverage Department as Production Assistant Manager in NESTLE CO. LTD ( a company in nutrition field ) ( from Feb 2009 until April 2016 )

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety Team Leader: manage safety issues -- planning, training and coaching for safety activities.
Quality Coordinator:  HACCP, 5S, GMP – ensure quality of product by following quality regulation, create and control operation activities. Solving, giving corrective and preventive action for quality issues.
Production Planer: ensure having sundry, material and labor to achieve production plan, optimize labor usage and control material and labor usage variance.  Follow trial of new product, new machine or process.
Improvement Suggestion (Kaizen) Coordinator: review, advice and execute improvement idea of employee. Give advices and management for projects DMAIC, SMED or problem solving ( GSTD – 5 whys – fish bone ) about: increase Line Efficiency, Line Reliability, reduce Material, Labor and Energy Losses.
System Application Production Super User: make sure information of Material, Product correct for traceability.
Fixed Assets Controller: ensure all assets in good condition and right place.
Document Management System Controller: ensure having SOP, Document for new activities, available and correct version for current SOP follow ISO standard.
Education and Training Controller: Training and planning for training, coaching and building subject master. Training and coaching for employee.
Monitoring technology of Heat Transfer, Evaporation, Spray Drying and Vacuum Drying of Milo Process and Coffee Process.

As assistant Leader of Green Belt DMAIC of two projects:

Cost saving: Reduce moisture deviation of Milo Bulk.

Cost saving: Reduce Wastes of Milo Manufacturing Line.

DMAIC team Leader (Achieved: Reduce Foil Loss Project, Cleaning in Place Improvement Project, Reduce Rework Generation during Product Change-Over Project).

Cost saving: 800 mil/year.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005: Establish, Implement and Support other Depts to get ISO certificate. Achievement: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 in Oct 2016.
