* Recruitment:
- Take responsible for whole hiring process, ensure no shortage of manpower by recruiting employees on time:
+ Searching and screening candidate profiles;
+ Interviewing and evaluating interview results;
+ Notification of interview results, probationary period, contract expiration;
+ Manage personnel records, labor contracts (madenew, re-signed, terminated)
+ Update the employee information to system
- Develop and complete job descriptions
- Maintain and develop recruitment channel (University connection, Face-book, Agency, poster...)
- Make the weekly, monthly report related
* Training and Development:
- Organize and conduct annual training courses of soft skills for employees
- Advise and implement internal training program
