At this time, after having completed the methodical 4-year course at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, I feel more self-confident about my English competence than before. All of my English skills including listening, reading, speaking, writing and especially grammar have been improved dramatically. In addition, I used to be instructed a wide range of knowledge related to some other areas such as American culture, American literature, British Literature and Intercultural Communication, which, from my perspective, also play a critical role in leading to success of my occupation in the future. Moreover, up to the present, I have worked as a check-in agent at Tan Son Nhat airport for 6 months. I have served many different airlines such as Thai Smile Airways, Starlux Airlines, Air China and China Southern Airlines. Therefore, I have the certain amount of knowledge related to aviation and partially understand how a representative of an airline works. With all valuable knowledge accumulated during 4 school years as well as experience during the time of working at Tan Son Nhat Airport, I hope I will have a chance to make a great contribution to serve passengers on every flight so that they always feel satisfied with our service which is provided by our airline. As a result, they will always choose our airline as an accompany when they have a demand to travel.

I was well trained by Viags Company within a month to become a professional check-in agent. Up to the present, I have been working for 6 months as a ground staff at Tan Son Nhat Airport. I have worked for some international Airlines such as Thai Smile Airways, Starlux Airlines and in the near future, I will work for Air China, China Southern Airlines and so on.

- I have interest in teaching English, especially English grammar. To my way of thinking, grammar is the origin of all languages.
