I. OEM Unit Management Expert

1 . Production management in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) units.

- Quality control of raw materials, packaging, and input consumables.

- Control and manage the quality of output finished products.
- Solve problems arising from input materials, problems arising during production, and output finished products. Report non-conforming products to materials, packaging, and finished products when the problem of non-conforming occurs.
- Collaborate with specialized departments in the company and OEM units to provide solutions to arising problems related to quality and problems arising in the production process, to ensure the production process is continuous and meets the standards according to the issued regulations.
2. Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished products at OEM units.
- Inventory quantity of OEM units monthly, quarterly, and annually according to regulations.
- Inventory report, explanation, and handling of inventory difference results.
3. Handling complaints related to the quality of goods produced at OEM units.
4. Compilation of quality control checklists, forms for tracking production progress at OEMs or inspection instructions....etc.
5. Input inspection results into the Company's management system (SAP software) such as:
- Production orders, import finished products from production orders, consumption of raw materials and packaging used for production.
- Change the status of goods, materials, and packages on SAP after quality inspection results.

II. Quality Control Executive

- Sample, store, and test by shelf-life sample.
- Implement physicochemical tests for raw material, RO water, semi-finished product, and finished product.
- Perform microbiological tests of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished products, finished products, compressed air, and RO water used in the factory.

- Prepare the culture medium, culture of microorganisms, and production of agar plates and tube media (ready to use) in microbiological testing.
- Prepare and produce the reagents used in biochemical identification tests for microorganisms and dyes used in Gram staining, Giemsa staining, and Ziehl - Neelsen dyeing.
