** Main responsibilities:
- Follow up Vietnamese teammate's work, follow and guide them solve problem if have any potential issue, report to team leader if have any issue.
- Training all new Vietnamese staff.
- Follow up and handling the whole of process from development to production
++ Development stage (Pre-production):
- Receive information for develop sample from buyer (Tech pack, date line,... );
- Review all information and call out if have anything is not clear;
- Work with TD team, PTTN team, CAD team to request PTTN/ MMK/ material (fabric, trim, ...);
- Check PTTN, MMK and call out to relative team before sharing to team leader.
- Check quotation for new material item that will be used in new style;
- Request & follow up sample status, check all sample of all team before submit to brand.
- Submit sample to buyer, tracking the ETA of sample after sending.
- Keep working and follow up the status of develop sample with buyer to make next step.
- Check projection for bulk order and develop color for trim/ fabric if need (request and follow up material Lap Dip status)
++ Production fit stage: (Make fit sample before starting production)
- Check updated TP, comment from develop stage then request PTTN, MMK, request sample room make fit sample.
- Work with TD for checking fit sample before submitting to buyer.
- Follow up and check with TD the status of fit sample till final.
++ Production stage:
- Check order summary and call out to brand if have any.
- Order material (lining fabric, trim, ....) for bulk production.
- Check final TP and call out if have anything is not clear
- Make pre-costing sheet, recap on system
- Make PP/QA file and send to Factory
- Request SFPP sample, check and submit to buyer if need then share to Factory as well.
- Request FPP sample, inline sample from FTY then review and share comment, call out if need to improve in bulk.
- Follow up test stage for each style to get GMT test report on time
- Request, review and submit TOP, AD sample on time
- Upload WIP on buyer's system
- Make CM payment for subcontract factory if have, make monthly payment for all material supplier.
- Solving all the issue/ problem accordingly.
** Skills gained:

- Have the knowledge and skill for the whole of process from development to production.
- Have the knowledge about material (fabric, lining, trim...)
- Have the skill in negotiation with supplier, how to work and negotiate with another department to meet due date.
- Improve more in Problem – solving skill.
- Manage and help all teammate to avoid any potential issue.

** Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with buyer.
- Follow and submit some sample to buyer such as: Fit sample, PP sample, TOP sample, Photo sample
- Make QC file for PP meeting.
- Update PO garment, PO fabric, PO material in system.
- Follow up with supplier on material price, order, delivery date
- Follow up all trim from placement through to delivery for production to start on time.
- Develop material: check quality, price, MOQ, lead time.
- Contacting with local and oversea supplier for trim purchasing.
- Arranging the payment for supplier based on payment term (before/ after payment or monthly payment)
- Follow up production status and resolve some problem for production.
- Follow, send some docs and report to buyer (cutting report; shipping advise; packing list for shipment; commercial invoice of shipment)
- Solving problem such as quality, shortage quantity, color matching, delivery information problem.
** Skills gained:
- Have the knowledge and skill for devlopment sample.
- Have the knowledge about development material.
- Have the skill in negotiation with supplier.

- Graduated Garment Technology in University of Technology and Education with an Engineering degree
