Target: To be an experienced compliance auditor, there’s one simple thing that can help me long way: Talk to people. Firstly, I got into HR because I talked to a lot of people - labourers, supervisors, managers, executives, technical staff and non-technical. I learned about their frustrations and their challenges and developed a desire to help them. And then I found ways to learn - through books, online articles, TEDTalks, trainings, and so many other platforms. I want to help people through their frustrations and challenges at work and in life — and that’s how I’m using HR. For me, it’s not about HR process or policy, it’s about people. Relocation: For the right opportunity, i am definitely willing to relocate. Can start ASAP.

- MAINLY IN CHARGE OF COMPANY'S POLICIES AND PROJECT:

+ In charge of the company's policies, make sure all policies are up to date and in accordance with the labor laws, e.g. The company internal regulation, Employee leave management, Employee attendancce and salary management, Employee resignation policy and procedure...

+ Support the development, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company and local legislation requirements..

+ Assist the HR Projects with the maintenance and development of the HR Information function in providing high quality and timely HR Information to support and inform management decisions made throughout the company.

+ Publication of project documents and reports.

- HR AUDIT'S KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE:

+ Trained to become internal auditor, 

+ Assist Head quarter for factories' KPI-HRSD audit to find and solve issues related to HR functions, knowledge of HR audit.

- Interact with IT Dept. to build and provide better HR system.

- In charge of updating database and HR data for each month.

- Work with HR supervisor to build and ensure effective implementation and execution of HR initiatives.

- Drive self-development, continuously maintaining and updating own knowledge of HR issues, best practices and employment legislation.

- ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

+ Keep employees' data up to date, make sure that the employees records is in accordance with actual time.

+ Due with HRIS errors, find and solve each issue. (In charge over 1,500 employees of the Administrative center - The company itself employs more than 60,000 workers, most of them are full-time workers.)

+ Asssist HR manager in communication with factories' supervisors or others in-charge person for issues relating to HR system or employees' attendance.

+ In charge of attendance records and paper work of more than 1,500 employees. Dealing with issue related to attendance management, find and fix system's error for each month's attendance reports.

- Data analyse for HR reports to all department:

+ Actual versus budgeted cost of hire

+ Annualized voluntary employee turnover rate,

+ Average headcount of employees each human resources (HR) employee working is caring for

+ Average length of replacement in months

+ Female to male ratio

+ Seniority of employees...

- Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
