Main responsibilities:

- Monitoring and troubleshooting occurs on the line, shift manager.
- Solve quality problems of raw material during the production process,  make non-conformity and quality daily report.
- Monitor the input materials according to the regulations and technical standards of the company and related laws.
- Issues standard, instruction and make test method for raw material, updating new standards.
- Guidance and training for subordinates to raise their awareness of quality and food safety system.

- Plan and perform annual material verification.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (production, logistics) to resolve or recommend solutions to supervise about the problems of raw materials to ensure quality and food safety.
