- Possition  team leader of engineer.

-  Do corrective maintenance to ensure machines running properly in quality standard and preventive maintenance and inspection machines to keep them in good conditions

- Have experience on production process control and     engineering dealing on defect control, reduction and elimination, product quality improvement

-  Setup, installing and commissioning new machine, new layout for factory.

-  Training, make the instruction manual procedure for the production department .

-Make weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and analysis for improvement actions

-Create and review Engineering Procedure, Work Instruction, Safety Risk Assessment for Production, Machine Safety Analysis.

-Training operators about machine to get a deeper understanding of the structure and function of equipment or process

- Position engineer direct report to Operation manager.

-  Setup, installing and commissioning new machine, new layout for factory.

-Develop new products, measure BOM (bill of materials) and specification control document…

-Working directly with sales team to transfer the new product into the plant from the beginning to the end.

-Release the training section related to the team before launching the new product.

- Troubleshooting, assisting production to solve issues.

- Design, develop and implement all molds, product drawings

- Process optimizing, improve the output process

-Lead troubleshooting in cooperation with production,planning,QC...

-Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance

-Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully

-Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities

-Prepare reports, machine documentation and provide full training to other team

-Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy

-Coaching and leading the fire & fighting team to ensure the factory is safest on fire relevant to.
