- Contact customer for all communication :Starts from development detail as design/ artwork
file,printed fabric lay out, pattern file, fabric detail, color standard, light source. Clarify with
customer ifany descrepancies during development and production.- Take care for sample
submission to customer and follow up customer comment- Making mater contracts and annex
to work with customers- Follow up and update development and production status to customer
until shipment releaseSupport accounting for the payment in case of any delay from customer
side- Responsible for development, pricing and production plan follow up until release
shipment- IssueProduction sheet and Sales Order (SO) for all development and production with
working in thecompany system- Work out for the detail (design artwork, print lay out, fabric cut
able width, printed paper width &weight) which need to be conccern for Pricing to Sales then
Sales can offer price correctly- Arrange Style meeting to all concern (Graphic, Production, QC)
since development and updateuntil confirm to start production- Cooperate with Graphic
department for order style detail and customer requirement- Clarifycustomer detail/ inquiry of
design and color to Graphic- Mention clearly for what is customer key point Exp. Matching
color position, Connect design onseparate print part- Cooperate with Planning, Production and
Shipment department for order status- trackingdevelopment and production status by working
in the company system tracking- Follow up development and production status in weekly
meeting with Planning, Production- Cooperate with accounting department for payment term
and condition- Make statement account and support accounting for the payment from the
customer- Cooperate with QA & Lab for all quality and lab test issue- Issue Lab Test Requested
to the Lab for development sample and follow up the Test Report tocheck and send to the
customer for reference
